Did this remote ever work?
The horn fell asleep
Your remote is fine. When the battery sits on the horn for 3 hours, the horn turns its radio off to save the battery. You just have to wake it up. It takes about ten seconds.
Watch this and do the same:
Still quiet? Put a new battery in the remote and try again. If that does not help, open the chat below.
The remote is not linked yet
Nothing is broken. A new remote has to be linked to the horn one time. Until that is done, the horn does not listen to it.
Watch this and do the same:
Still quiet? Put a new battery in the remote and try again. If that does not help, open the chat below and have your order number ready.
Press the button on the horn, then press the remote. What happens?
The button on the horn is broken
The remote works, so the horn itself is alive. The switch under the button has failed. There is no reset for it and nothing to open at home. We have to repair it.
Open the chat below and tell us your order number. We will send you the return steps.

Try a different battery
A battery can show full and still be too weak for the horn.
- Take the battery off the horn.
- Put on another battery that is full and that you know is good.
- Press the button on the horn.
Does the horn work now?
It was the battery
The horn is fine. Stop using the old battery. An old battery can still show full, but it drops as soon as the horn pulls power from it. From the outside that looks like a dead horn.
Our 1-year warranty covers the horn, not batteries and chargers.
The horn got too hot
Long blasts heat the horn up. When it gets too hot it shuts itself off. There is no light and no warning — it just goes quiet. This is normal, and it fixes itself. All you have to do is wait 15 minutes.
- Leave the battery on the horn.
- Do not press anything.
- Wait 15 minutes.
Taking the battery off does not help. A new battery does not help either. Only time does.
Put the horn on something that cannot burn and keep an eye on it. If you see smoke or smell burning, take the battery off right away, do not put it back on, and tell us in the chat below. That is a fault, not the heat cut-off.
15 minutes are up. Does it work now?
All good. It was just hot.
Nothing is damaged. The horn turned itself off before anything could be hurt, and now it is cool again.
To stop it happening again: keep the blasts short and give the horn a rest in between.
We need to look at it
You have checked everything that can be checked at home. The rest has to be opened up, and that is our job.

- What happens when you press the button on the horn.
- What happens when you press the remote.
