So loud out of the box.

I got my Boss Train Horns for New Year’s Eve—to blast in the new year! The Police have outlawed most fireworks this year as the horns are not a fire concern. It was a dull night until I operated these horns. To say these Extreme 4 horns are loud is an understatement! The horns were shipped packaged for no damage. Very easy to attached the horns. I tested these within my home—DON’T DO THAT! No kidding these are extremely loud! I plan to purchase another!

I bought the 2-horn Dewalt 2025 version like 2 weeks before the 2026 model was announced. (I just missed out - sigh.)
This Horn Gun is very well made, and it is clear, loud, and reliable. I use it with a spare Dewalt 1.5ah 20v Max battery. The horns are solid, durable metal. The Dewalt base impact driver is new, so that's great quality as you'd expect. The remote works really well too. It's got great range, even through walls. I put the horn gun at the far end of my yard and went inside to the opposite corner of the house. That's about 150 - 175 feet apart and I had no problem activating it with the remote through walls and with other electronic devices going.
I live in the suburbs of a big city and I have no business owning this, but I'm supposedly an adult and I could afford it so what the heck. This will be great at my kid's ball games, scaring the crap out of friends and family who let their guard down, and keeping my neighbors in check when they have loud parties at all hours during the work week. My wife thinks I'm an idiot for buying it, and that's the cherry on top of the sundae.

This is a fantastic build. As I was trying to do it myself I was impressed with how it came out. The horn is super loud as well; I can't even imagine what the bigger ones sound like.

It is super loud and we love it we had been looking into them and the 2026 one was the best option to go with and my boyfriend enjoyed it and can’t wait to use it for football games
